Rotate through this circuit twice for a full body work out that will tone your muscles and condition your body to be stronger and fitter.
25 push ups
25 jump squats
25 lunges (each leg)
25 squats
25 side lunges
25 tricep dips
25 sec jumping jacks
25 sec high knees
25 sec fast feet
25 secs of heel flicks.
Remember to adapt exercises to your level of ability and always listen to your body.
Don't forget to stay hydrated and fuel your body with a nutritious meal too.
